Refund policy

We put a lot of love and care into every Stuffies order, and because our cookies are freshly made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchange on food products.

Once an order has been collected or handed over to our courier, we cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind, opened products or partially eaten cookies

We package every order carefully to help keep your Stuffies safe on their journey. However, once your parcel is with the courier, the handling and delivery of the parcel is outside of our control.

If there is a problem with your order, such as receiving wrong items or a genuine quality issue, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to help and find a suitable solution.

In exceptional circumstances, should we agree to accept a return, this will be handled at our discretion and any return courier or delivery costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Our cookies are made especially for you, so please make sure your order is correct before confirming it.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and before production begins.

Once we have started preparing your order, we may not be able to cancel or refund it, as your cookies have already gone into production.

We always do our best to accommodate you where we can.
