At Stuffies, we want every order to arrive fresh and in the best possible condition.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following delivery options:

• The Courier Guy: R140 flat rate

• PUDO: R90 flat rate

Processing & Transit Times

Orders require a production/processing period before being handed over to the courier. Production time does not include shipping or transit time.

Order processing times are typically 2-4 workdays, but can change depending on our order volume. Rest assured we will keep you up to date. 

Once dispatched, estimated transit time is generally 1–2 working days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be longer due to circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, weather, peak periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Dispatch Days

To help ensure your cookies arrive fresh, we do not dispatch parcels on Thursdays or Fridays. This is to avoid parcels sitting in courier facilities over the weekend.

Orders placed later in the week may therefore be dispatched on the following Monday or the next available dispatch day.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking link and tracking number.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their own shipments using the tracking information provided. While we will assist where reasonably possible, we are unable to individually monitor or track every parcel throughout its journey.

Delivery Delays

Stuffies is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed, please use your tracking information to check its latest status and contact the courier directly where appropriate.
